Ever since we opened, we’ve been able to see every day how Café Emilie is increasingly becoming an integral part of many guests’ daily lives. Whether they’re hotel guests, visitors from Leimen and the surrounding area, or people who want to treat themselves to a little break—we’re delighted by the many positive interactions and the trust our guests place in us.
Café Emilie is part of the Hotel Engelhorn and adds a place to our hotel where guests can experience our hospitality even if they aren’t staying the night. This is where people gather for breakfast, an afternoon coffee, or simply a relaxing break in between.

A café evolves along with its guests. That’s why, over the past few weeks, we’ve further refined our menu and added new items.
Our homemade cakes are especially popular; they’re freshly baked every day and vary depending on the season. We serve them alongside specialty coffees, breakfast, small dishes, and a selection of afternoon snacks.

For anyone looking for something refreshing on hot days, our Frozen Limos have also become a favorite on the drink menu—fruity, ice-cold, and perfect for summer.

Many guests aren’t even aware that Café Emilie can be booked exclusively or partially for private events.
Whether it’s a birthday, a christening, a family celebration, a baby shower, or a memorial reception—we’ll create the perfect setting and work with you to take care of all the details. Thanks to our direct connection to the Hotel Engelhorn, guests also benefit from short distances and, upon request, overnight accommodations for families or visitors from out of town.
